Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes. We have a physical showroom in Kuala Lumpur, available by appointment. You’re welcome to visit and experience our products in person.

Why is the projector sometimes lagging or slow?

It could be due to unstable Wi-Fi or specific video issues. Try restarting the router or switching content.

Can I connect Bluetooth earphones, speakers, or other devices?

Yes! NexGen projectors support both Bluetooth and wired audio connections — perfect for pairing with headphones or external speakers. You can also connect laptops, TV boxes, or gaming consoles (like PS5, Switch) using an HDMI cable to enjoy a richer home entertainment experience.

Why can I hear the fan running in the projector?

NexGen projectors are equipped with built-in cooling fans that automatically adjust their speed to maintain optimal temperature. This ensures stable performance and extends the device’s lifespan. To keep it running smoothly, we recommend using it in a ventilated area and cleaning the vents regularly.

Can I use the projector during the day?

It depends on the model. Higher-brightness projectors (like NexGen A80) can be used during the day in rooms with controlled lighting or curtains. For lower-brightness models, we recommend using them in darker environments at night to ensure better picture quality.

Can I watch Netflix or YouTube on the projector directly?

Yes. Our smart projectors come with built-in apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Google Play. Some apps may require a mouse for easier navigation.

Is the projector compatible with iPhone and Android phones?

Yes. NexGen projectors support wireless screen mirroring for both iPhone and Android phones. Please note:

– Both your phone and the projector must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

– Bluetooth does not support screen mirroring (only for audio).

– Not all Android phones support wireless casting. Please check if your phone has a feature like “Smart View”, “Wireless Display”, or “Cast”.

Is there built-in speaker sound?

Yes. All NexGen projectors have built-in speakers. For better sound, you can connect external audio devices via Bluetooth or AUX.

What should I do if the picture is not aligned properly?

Try adjusting the angle, using keystone correction (manual or auto), or repositioning the projector for best results.

Can I use the projector on the ceiling or mount it upside down?

Some models support ceiling projection, while others can be ceiling-mounted with a bracket. Manual rotation may be needed. For mounting, installation by a technician is recommended.

Can I install other apps on the projector?

Yes. You can download apps through Google Play or install APK files.

Can I return the projector if I don’t like it?

Returns are only accepted for non-human damage or defects under warranty. We do not support change-of-mind returns.

What should I do if the remote control doesn’t work?

First, check or replace the battery. Make sure there’s no obstacle between the remote and the projector. If still not working, contact support.

Is it normal for dust to get into the projector?

Yes. Like all electronics, projectors may collect dust over time. We recommend resting the device after 4 hours of use and covering it when not in use.

Can I use the projector for long hours continuously?

We recommend using it for no more than 4 hours at a time, followed by a 1–2 hour break to extend the lifespan and reduce heat buildup.

Can I project directly onto a wall?

Yes, preferably on flat white or light-colored walls. Dark or uneven surfaces will reduce clarity. For best results, use a projection screen.

How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?

– A series models (A40 / A60 / A80) include 1-year warranty for non-human damage.

– All other models include 6-month warranty.

The warranty covers hardware issues like no power, black screen, or no sound.

❗Dust accumulation is not covered, as it is a common occurrence in electronic devices and can be reduced through proper usage and cleaning.
